These people will not stop stealing my cable/internet.

So ever since these new people moved I have been having connection and speed issues with my internet. So the cable company came out and saw that someone broke into our box. Fast forward a few days and I am experiencing the same issue again. Turns out they did it again and on top of that they stopped talking to everyone in my family and will not answer the door. How the hell am I suppose to stop this when there are over 5 people living there with guns?

Put a good lock on your box (if possible), put nailboards under the sod (not sure if legal, check it first), put up a security camera, record them doing it, and report them to the police. I honestly wish our country/the world actually made sense; I think that anybody trespassing on your property should be allowed to be shot, if there are warning signs posted. It's not like it's an accident that they're there.

They broke the lock twice now and where I live the cable box is on the sidewalk.

I have no solid proof other than they are the only people without cox and yet they have cox in there house the last time I was in there. Also on the camera thing they actually have a camera pointing towards my box so if I did show video evidence they could just dispute me.

You still need to get things documented. By calling the police, it can be in the record. Even if you might not be able to get them right now, if something else happens in the future, the records will overlap and police would put in investigation, if they have not done already yet.

Yeah, put up a camera anyways, just don't do it in the view of their camera, but make sure it can still see the box, then call the police. Make sure the sleazy fuckwads get what they deserve, just be careful.

Little late to the party here but what I would have done is wait for them to either leave or come home and stop them as they are walking to their door and have a little "chat" with them about it. They may have guns but if they threaten you with them if your simply trying to calmly talk with them about a situation they would be in some trouble. More so than just stealing your internet.

Update: So the cable guy came out and man did they have a setup. They basically had a 100 FT cable running from there house to the street stealing our cable. On top of they actually damaged all the lines and connectors so now my cable will not be fixed for another good month. At least it is finally resolved.
