The ITU (the big united nations organizations that classifies all of this stuff) says that there are no true 4G networks and the only ones can be classified as such are verzions LTE-advanced and wimax release 2. These 2 networks are not expected to be released anytime soon.

HSPA+ is top of the line atm, and they call it "4g" for the public and thete lack of knowledge. Blame it on Sprint. But yes tom you are technivally correct.

Yah hspa+ does kick a lot of ass right now.
