I was an Armored Core worshipper from the first game until Silent Line then I just quit. Bought Nine Breaker today and found out there are games before it so I may rekindle my love of the game. The new games on Xbox completely suck so I'll just go back to old school.

We became very burned out to where we only did blade fights and then never played again. What kind of cores did you like, Stormy? I prefered a mid weight core but had a few heavies abd of course my blade core.

The new games were a shadow of the old ones to me. I have both of them but was VERY disappointed. Why did they make it to where you only had four cores!? The graphics even seem to be worse than the PS2 versions and the controls are JACKED up.

I preferred light weight or heavy weight. I liked the ones that had distinct combat characteristics. Mid ones just seemed too general purpose lacking specialized uses. _________________ Parcus Executor Avis de Minor: Labor Lapsus~

You're right, Epyk that is surely a rent first. Gonna have to go look up info on it. I usually did a load out with the little machine gun, long grenade launcher, multi-missile and blade...Well, Silent Line anyway. Always hated that you couldn't play online! Me and the buddies would have AC parties and play all night.

I'm more of a Front Mission/Mech Warrior guy. Haven't played them since the SNES days, though... ah the memories.

This game was amazing on the PS i always loved using the tank base or the spider base the chicken legs were weird... Spider base was cool because it was fast and i loved tank base because you could pretty much add anything onto it of course it was slow as hell..
