Would love to know what you guys think of cloning.

Cloning is cool, not because it starts with the letter 'c', but because it's like photocopying living things.

Only they don't come out in black and white, which of course, would be cool too.

I don't see anything wrong with it. People get too worked up. I believe however rich people shouldn't be able to clone it should only be used for the medical field for organs or something similiar. The world would be too wrong it they let any random with money but clones.

Or we could mass an army of soldiers with with armor completely covering their bodies?

Actually, I'm against cloning. Just because if God wanted a copy of me, I'd be born a twin. A person is more than just the physical being, and creating a clone is just duplicating physical aspect. Nothing yet shows that memories or thoughts are are carried over. I'm a believer that science needs to know that there is a limit, and that they are getting very close to it.

I do realize that it will keep going, and I have the option to not participate, and as long as I have that option, it won't bother me.

I don't see the need for it. Beyond possibly being able to harvest organs from it - and I don't know if I think this is right or not. You are creating a person (to some extent) and I don't think it is right to create a person merely to kill it by harvesting it's organs.

You can harvest organs from already dead people. I understand that demand is often higher than supply, but sometimes, people just have to die. Sounds callous, but... yeah. We are already over populated. Why create more of a population by cloning - especially in order to keep the already existent population going?

the only good clone is an evil clone, n the whole they dont have souls thing cant be true cause if god didnt want us to engineer life it just wouldnt happen, everything happens to his plan even in the scientific feild lol.
