*Squad Leader confirmed
*4 Person Squad
*Ability to spot a Enemy Squad Leader
*Equippable Grenades
*Falling debris from destruction 3.0 can kill players!
*Equippable knife as well as quick knife (like BC2)
*Support class able to mount bipods and give ammo
*Rifleman class has medpack + defibrillator
*Ability to change fire modes in multiplayer (semi/burst/auto)
*Regenerative health in MP, but suppression effect stops regen (only regen when you aren't under fire)
*Suppression effects from LMG, blur vision
*Flashlights can blind the enemy
*First Person Animations in Multiplayer
*Faction Specific Weapons + Unlocks
*Vehicles can be immobilized before being destroyed
*Able to opt out of Revives in Multiplayer
*3D spotting

A lot of that is awesome. Equippable knife is awesome, so is selector switch in multiplayer.

I think these are the highlights..

*Equippable knife as well as quick knife (like BC2)

*Regenerative health in MP, but suppression effect stops regen (only regen when you aren't under fire)

*Faction Specific Weapons + Unlocks (What does this mean)

*Vehicles can be immobilized before being destroyed

And, as far as I know, the quick knife is a two hit. Maybe even the equitable one also.

Its 2 in the front, and 1 in the back.

Does the faction specific weapons mean you'll only be able to use the weapons of the faction youre playing as? Thats kinda cool i guess, could get annoying after a while though.

Its 2 in the front, and 1 in the back. huh huh huh thats what she said..

I'm thinking the quick knife is just a placeholder and might change to rifle butt/pistol whip. That makes more sense and would be more interesting.

Ya that's what I assume. That's pretty much how BC1 was. But you could use any unlockable gun with any faction.

The flashlight sounds cool, but also annoying. Maybe it takes the slot of an optic?

And what doyou think it means by "3D spotting"?

rifle butt would be so much better than a knife in general because honestly.. who the hell would try to quickly grab a knife and then attempt to attack their target than just hit someone with the butt of your rifle instead.. makes more sense if you want a more realistic approach to a game but who knows.

3D spotting means that it wont be just on the minimap (essentially the same as in BC2)

I was hoping that it meant the spots would appear smaller the farther away someone was. that would be cool

One video shows an M4 with the flashlight and a red dot. Other videos have mentioned that it looked like there were 3 attachment slots for weapons, but these couldn't be changed in the demo.

3D spotting is what they called it in BC2 also. I think it just means that you don't have to keep line of sight. Even if they run indoors, or behind something they remain spotted in some way.

That would be really cool, a rifle butt that would kind of stun you for a second or two. it might be hard to balance though..

Yeah, like I said it makes more sense. You want awesome knife kills? Then equip your knife, otherwise you just bash the guy.

The quick knife animation was also described as having weak animation so I'm hoping I'm right that it was placeholder.

Sorry yo, I put a little effort into that thread and would like it to not be undermined. This thread is entirely redundant.
